We at ARTinaClick.com realize that a person’s taste and décor often change over time and you might like to exchange or trade-in your artwork. We also understand that a collector’s needs may change in terms of the caliber of art they collect, as well as their ability to purchase more collectible pieces. With these statements in mind, we will be happy to take back any of our framed merchandise and extend you a credit of 75% of the original purchase price which will be applied towards your next purchase. The price of your new purchase must be equal to or greater than that of your original purchase in order to take advantage of this program. The Lifetime Exchange/Trade-Up program is based on the exchange of one item for another single item. The framed artwork must be in perfect condition upon our receipt of the item and the customer is responsible for any packaging, shipping, handling or insurance charges for the return of the item to ARTinaClick.com. You MUST obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from ARTinaClick.com PRIOR to returning the merchandise and write that number on the shipping label or exterior packaging of the returning item.
