- Can I frame a print I already own?
We only frame the artwork that we offer for sale and cannot frame "outside" artwork.
- Can I purchase just a frame, mat, or glass?
We are an art and custom-framing company and do not sell picture framing supplies.
- Do you offer single, double or triple matting?
Depending on the artwork we may offer all three! Our designers choose the appropriate matte combination to enhance each image.
- Can I select my own mat and frame combos?
Yes- Choose from a wide variety of mat and frame combinations to achieve the look you desire. Simply click on the "You Frame It" link located on the item detail or search results page.
- Why are there three "Designer Frame Picks"?
ARTinaClick.com’s experienced frame designers have created what we believe are the 3 best mat and frame combinations that will surely satisfy any customer and fit into a variety of décor settings. If you would like to select your own mat and frame combinations, simply click on the "You Frame It" link. If you have special needs and would like us to alter a frame/mat combination, we would be happy to accommodate you. Simply email us at SpecialOrders@ARTinaClick.com with your request. Please be as specific as possible about your preference and be sure to include your name, telephone number and your email address.
- Can I order an unframed print?
Yes, you may. Items that have an ArtExpress symbol are only available framed. If you would like to purchase an unframed print, click on the "See/Buy Unframed" text on the Item Detail page of that item and follow the Checkout process as usual. If you do not see the "See/Buy Unframed" text on the item detail page, then you can only purchase that item framed. Remember you can go to our Frame Studio and select your own frame and mat combination. ARTinaClick.com does not offer refunds or exchanges on unframed items.
- What type of glazing do you use?
All items under 116 U.I. (United Inches) are used with regular glass. We do not use non-glare glass because it tends to distort the image even if you use only one mat. For all items larger than 116 U.I. we use picture framing quality plexiglass which is identical to glass but lighter in weight.
- What is a Fillet?
Fillets are great for complimenting a particular moulding or frame for a more distinctive look.
- What is a Canvas Transfer?
Canvas transfers have been recognized over the past decade as an elegant alternative to glass framed lithograph images. Canvas transfers give the look and texture of an original oil painting to paper art by simply transferring color onto an artist canvas. A canvas transfer can be made from any print or poster. We currently offer 3 types of canvas transfers. The 'Basic' canvas transfer, the 'Brushstroke' and the 'Age and Crack'. Click Here to see examples of the three. Not all artists and/or publishers allow canvas transfers or special effects. If you do not see the "Canvas Transfer" link on an item detail page, you cannot create a canvas transfer. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your canvas transfer to be shipped.
- What is a Museum Wrap?
A "Museum Wrap" is a unique finishing technique for canvas transfers. With a Museum Wrap, the canvas is stretched onto stretcher bars with no visible staples on the edge of the edition, allowing the finished image to hang on your wall. No framing is necessary. All museum transfers come with pre-installed saw-tooth hanging hardware.
- What is a Board Mount?
Board mounting is a process of mounting and displaying your artwork in an attractive and economical way. Board mounting transforms your artwork into a "Ready To Hang" treasure. We offer three types of Board Mounting: The Plaque, The Floater and The Box. Click Here to see examples of the three. Each has its own unique look.
- What is an Oil Reproduction?
Oil Reproductions are uniquely handmade by professional yet passionate artists whose goal it is to make the reproduction as identical to the original as humanly possible. The artists not only use the traditional artists' techniques, but they specialize in using the original master's technique. Reproductions are painted by human painters, not by computers or any other mechanical means. Therefore, there might by slight differences, and no painting is 100% identical to another. However, our paintings are of museum's quality and as similar as humanly possible to the original artwork. Each Oil Painting Reproduction is made to order and will take 3-4 weeks to ship.

- How can I search ARTinaClick.com?
There are several basic ways to navigate the site. You may browse or search by Artist, Subject, Style, Medium and Keyword, or you may use the Advanced Search, which allows you to refine your search and thus locate that special item with relative ease.
- How do I use the Artist Search feature?
You may begin an Artist Search from the Home Page by clicking on the "ARTIST" link located under the "BROWSE ARTWORK" tab located on the top left. This will produce a list of all our artists, last name first. The Hottest Selling Artists appear on the top right of the artists page and a listing of all artist we carry appear on the balance of the page. The top three selling artists will appear first under each letter with a "MORE ARTISTS" link beneath. If the artist you are looking for does not appear in the top three, click on the "MORE ARTISTS" link. A page will appear with all of the artists whose last name begins with the letter you selected. Results are listed alphabetically left to right and across. Once you have found the artist you are looking for, please click on the name and you will be brought to the search result of that artist's work.
You can also search for any artist by clicking on the "ADVANCED SEARCH" link ,located at the top of every page. Enter the artist's last name you are searching for in the "ARTIST LAST NAME" box and click the "SEARCH BUTTON" located at the bottom of the Advanced Search Page. This will bring you to the search results page for that artist. Please keep in mind that several major artists are commonly known, in fact by their first names (i.e.,Michelangelo, Rembrandt, Raphael...). If you are not finding the artist you are seeking or are not sure of the spelling, click on the "NOT SURE OF SPELLING" link. An artist search window will activate. Enter the first few letters of the artist first or last name and select the corresponding radio button. When you see the artist's name you are seeking, click on their name and you will receive a search result of that artist's work. You can also search for any artist by entering their name in the "SEARCH BOX" located at the top left of every page.
If you have tried all of the above options and still cannot find the artist you are seeking, you may assume that the artist's works are not currently available on our website. However, our inventory is constantly being refreshed and new artists are added almost daily, so please check for that artist on your next visit to ARTinaClick.com, or we would be happy to attempt to locate the artist's work for you. Please note: Many of our items have no specific or known artist. You may enter "Unknown" or "Anonymous" as acceptable artist names.
- How do I use the Browse feature?
ARTinaClick.com offers what we hope is the largest variety of items available at one website on the World Wide Web. Many users may be First-time Visitors, and may be overwhelmed by our variety or simply may not know what they want or where to begin. With that in mind we have given you several options to browse the artworks. Our Search features allow you to gradually get more specific, or very specific by using the Advanced Search.
The easiest way to browse the entire site is to use the Browse features available on the Home Page. The Browse features are located under the "BROWSE ARTWORK" tab located at the top left of the Home Page. Just click on the browse option of your choice and you will be brought to the specific landing page of the browse feature you selected. Once you are on that specific landing page, click on the image or text link of the items you would like to browse through and you will receive a search result from that specific category.
Browse results are currently limited to the first 1000 results that meet the selected criteria. ARTinaClick.com typically displays 12 images per page (unless you elect to increase the images per page in the Advanced Search). Any additional results may be accessed using the navigational tool found at the bottom of any search results page. The results are divided into 12 and the resulting page numbers are displayed at the bottom of every page. You may click on any page number to "jump" to that page, either forward or backward. Pages subsequent, or prior to, the 10 page numbers shown are hidden and may be displayed by navigating in the desired direction along the page number display sequence.
Once you are more familiar with the content and navigation of the galleries, we recommend you use the Artist Search, Keyword Search, Subject Search or Advanced Search to locate the artwork you have an interest in purchasing.
- How do I use the Keyword Search feature?
The Keyword Search feature may be accessed from the "ADVANCED SEARCH" or "SEARCH BOX" located at the top of every page. You may enter any word that you feel describes the style, subject or content of the artwork you are seeking, and the search will detect that word in the categorization assigned to each item. The Keyword Search will examine the artist first and last name(s), the title, the subjects, styles and keywords assigned to every item in our database. ARTinaClick.com has scrutinized every image on our site and tried to "flag" any characteristic, element or content of the artworks to facilitate this search feature.
In the Advanced Search, you may enter your keyword(s) in the top window and proceed to further refine your Search Results by using any, all or none of the additional search filters on the Advanced Search page, including the option of determining which gallery or galleries will search. You must click the Search button on the bottom of the page to initiate the search.
ARTinaClick.com typically displays 8 images per page (unless you elect to increase the number of images per page in the Advanced Search). Any additional results may be accessed using the navigational tool found at the bottom of any search results page. The results are typically divided into 8 and the resulting page numbers are displayed at the bottom of every page. You may click on any page number to "jump" to that page, either forward or backwards. Keyword Search results are currently limited to the first 500 items meeting the search criteria. The sorting priority for a Home Page Keyword Search is by title alphabetically, displaying all Art Express items first, followed by results from the remaining galleries, again alphabetically by title. The sorting priority for a Advanced Search Keyword Search is by artist alphabetically, with titles then sorted alphabetically if there are multiple results from the same artist, unless you elect to sort the results using the Artist\Title\Price option of the Advanced Search, in which case the results are displayed in the selected order.
- How do I use the Sort Order feature?
There are sorting priorities established for each of the searches used on ARTinaClick.com, with the intention of providing you with either the greatest variety of images or the greatest ease in locating exactly what you want. This page will outline the different search result display priorities to help you better understand and navigate the search results.
From the Browse Artwork Searchport, we will display all ArtExpress items first (using the priority established for that particular search), followed by works from the remaining galleries. It is suggested that you always navigate beyond the ArtExpress results to locate a particular work, as the searches generally execute their priority twice; once for ArtExpress items, then again for Non-Express results. The Advanced Search sequences the search results in title order and does not display ArtExpress items first.
From the Browse Artwork Searchport:
Artist Search - after selecting the artist, results are displayed alphabetically by title.
Subject Search - results are displayed alphabetically by title.
Art Styles Search - results are displayed alphabetically by title.
Medium Search - results are displayed alphabetically by title.
From the Advanced Search:
Keyword Search - displayed by artist alphabetically, then titles alphabetically if there are multiple results from the same artist containing the same keyword, unless you elect to sort the results using the Artist\Title\Price option of the Advanced Search, in which case the results are displayed in the selected order.
Title Search - displayed alphabetically by artist.
Artist Search - displayed alphabetically by artist last name.
Subject Search - displayed alphabetically by artist, then alphabetically by title when multiple works are available by the same artist, containing the same subject.
Style Search - displayed alphabetically by artist, then alphabetically by title when multiple works are available by the same artist, of the same style.
Medium Search - displayed alphabetically by artist, then alphabetically by title when multiple works are available by the same artist.
Advanced Search - allows you to sequence the search results by any arrangement of Artist, Title and Price, which would supersede the typical search result priorities described above.
- How do I use the Advanced Search feature?
There are tens of thousands of images available for your enjoyment at ARTinaClick.com and the Advanced Search is the most powerful of all of our search tools. You may access the Advanced Search from any gallery Homepage by clicking on the Advanced Search button on the SearchPort on the left side of the screen. The Advanced Search allows you to be as specific or inclusive as you wish. You may "filter" the search results by a host of options, including the gallery the works are drawn from, the artist, the title, the medium, the subject and/or style, the size and the price range. You may then determine how your results are sorted and displayed. It is intended to be the most precise and intuitive search tool in use on the Internet. We have looked at dozens of art sites and their search solutions and have designed what we hope is the simplest, yet most powerful of them all.
You may choose to use any or all of the search parameters available in this tool. There are no minimum or required fields. The more fields you fill in; the more focused your search, the fewer your results and hopefully the closer to what you are seeking, but you may utilize as many, or as few of the options as you wish. After you have made your selections, click on the Search button on the bottom bar, and let us go to work! Your results will appear on a typical Search Result page where you may view the thumbnails, view the Item Details and Enlarged version, see framing options (if available), take the item to the Design Center or Shopping Cart, or store the image(s) in My Gallery to view them later.
You may determine the number of images per page that the Advanced Search will display. This is defaulted to 8 but may be set higher or lower. The lower the number of images per page that you select, the faster the page will load and the sooner you will see your results, but you may set the number as high as 20 if you anticipate a large result.
If you look at the Advanced Search window (see diagram), you will notice that you may determine the gallery or galleries that your search will include by using the checkboxes on the left. This function is defaulted to AllGalleries. Checking any of the other five boxes will refine the search and direct the search parameter to produce results from the specified gallery(s). The more boxes you check; the greater the result and the longer you will wait for the results. We recommend that you try to limit the number of galleries you select, if possible, to bring you a faster result. You may choose to search All Galleries, which would produce the greatest number of results but those results may be delayed as you are asking the tool to search through thousands and thousands of items. It is suggested that you try to include galleries where you think it likely that your item might be found.
You may elect to include a Keyword as one of your search parameters. Our Keyword search will locate the selected word from the artist, title, subjects, styles or keywords assigned to each artwork.
The Advanced Search has a variable sorting priority which enables you to determine the sequence in which your results are displayed and is defaulted to Artist/Title/Price.
The Artist, Title, Price sort will display all A artists first sorted alphabetically, with A Titles first and the lowest priced items of that result displayed first, followed by B artists alphabetically, A-Z titles, and lowest to highest price sequencing, the C artists alphabetically, A-Z titles and the lowest to highest prices, etc... If you choose to sort by Price, Artist, then Title, the search will show the lowest priced items first, sorted alphabetically by artist if there are works of equal price, then sorted by titles alphabetically (e.g., $55 artworks by A artists, with titles beginning with A, followed by $55 artworks by Ab artists, with titles beginning with A, followed by $55 artworks by Ab artists, titles beginning with B etc., then $56 artworks by A artists, with titles beginning with A, followed by $56 artworks by Ab artists with titles beginning with A, followed by $56 artworks by Ab artists with titles beginning with B, followed by $56 artworks by B artists, with titles beginning with A, followed by $56 artworks by Ba artists, with A titles, followed by $56 artworks by Ba artists with B titles, then $57 artworks by A artists, followed by $57 artworks by A artists with titles beginning with A, etc...).
You might select a particular medium (i.e., Oil, Serigraph, Lithograph) from the dropdown that will dramatically minimize your results, unless you choose Offset Lithograph or Plate Signed Offset Lithograph, which would then include virtually all of the tens of thousands of images from the Print Shoppe.
The Style and Subject dropdowns enable you to select a particular style of artwork (Impressionism, Americana, etc...) and choose a particular subject (gardens, seascapes, horses, etc...) or both if you wish. If a Subject has secondary or sub-categories, the secondary options will appear in the dropdown box to the right of the Subject dropdown. In the absence of secondary or sub-categories, this dropdown box is inactive.
Please note that clicking on a word or number in the dropdown moves that selection into the entry window, where it will remain until you either reset, reselect, or click Search which will execute the search with the designated parameters.
You may also use the To-From parameters of either (or both) of the Price and Size range selector dropdowns to locate works that fall within a particular size range and/or a particular price range. Using these parameters will also dramatically limit and focus your results.

- How do I order?
- Search the site with one of the four browse options to the left, the advanced search link above, or by entering a keyword in the search box above.
- Select the image you want and click on one of the four links beneath that image.
- Once you have made your selection, Click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button.
- Your item now appears in your shopping cart. If you wish to proceed to checkout, click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT BUTTON". Follow the easy instructions on completing your order.
- How do I check out?
Once you have finished placing artwork(s) in your shopping cart, you can review them by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" icon on the upper right corner of your screen. Or you can go directly to the check out screen. Once you go to the checkout page, you will then be prompted to enter in your billing and shipping information, simply follow the online prompts to complete your order.
- Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you may do so at any time prior to shipment. Simply email us at CustServ@ARTinaClick.com and be sure to include your Name and your Order number. We will advise you, via email if the piece was shipped prior to our receiving your email. If it was already shipped, we will include a Return Authorization (RA) number. When you receive the artwork, please write the RA# on the box and mail it back to: ARTinaClick, 450 Applejack Road, Manchester Ctr., VT 05255.
We will credit your charge card as soon as we have received your return shipment at our facility. If your order hasn’t shipped prior to your notifying us that you want to cancel the sale, we will simply credit your charge card in the full amount of the purchase price.
- Can you confirm the price for me?
You will always be shown the total amount, including tax and shipping charges (if applicable), on your Order Confirmation before you submit your order for processing. After we receive your order we will verify the price and notify you if there is any change.
- How do I order a gift certificate?
ARTinaClick.com Gift Certificates can be easily purchased on our website. To order a gift certificate, select Gift Certificates from the links on the bottom of any page. From there, select the link to Purchase a Gift Certificate where you will be ask for the appropriate information and can begin the ordering process. Email certificates will be sent almost immediately after placing your order. Paper certificates make a great looking gift and should arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
- How do I redeem a gift certificate?
ARTinaClick.com Gift Certificates can easily be redeemed from the checkout page. During the checkout, simply enter your gift certificate redemption code.
- When will I receive my order?
Normally items ship in 2-3 weeks. Once the order leaves our location, UPS delivery time within the U.S. ranges from 2 - 7 days. You may view your UPS tracking number by checking your Purchase History in the My Gallery section of the site.
- Are the prices I see on the site guaranteed?
Although we strive to have the most accurate prices on our site, from time to time errors will occur. When you place your order you will receive an automatic confirmation. Before charging your credit card we review every order. If there is ever an error we will inform you. We also provide price protection for 30 days. If we discount an item that you have purchased within the last 30 days you are eligible for a refund of the difference between the new price and the current price.

- What forms of payment do you accept?

- When do you charge my credit card or paypal account?
Your credit card will be charged when your artwork goes into framing. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping on orders for unframed prints.
Paypal will debit your PayPal account at the time you place your order.
- Do you charge sales tax?
ARTinaClick.com is located in Vermont and is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state. If your purchase is being shipped outside Vermont State, no sales tax will be collected.
- Can I place my order over the phone?
Placing your order over the Internet is extremely safe and very convenient. According to the FTC, it is actually safer to use your credit card over a secure server than to use it in a restaurant or department store. However - if you are concerned about placing your order over the Internet we would be happy to take your order over the phone by calling us Toll Free at 888-799-7888 or you may fax your order to 802-362-3286. Be sure to include in your fax, the artist and title as well as the Frame Description, if applicable from the Frame Option page.
- What are Art Points?
Art points is an exclusive rewards program that is only offered to customers of ARTinaClick.com.
Here's how it works: For every dollar spent at ARTinaClick.com you will receive 5% of your merchandise sub-total in Art Points. Each Art Point is worth $1.00 dollar. Your Art Points can be used towards any future purchases at ARTinaClick.com. Minimum purchase of $25.00 per order applies. Art Points accumulated will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
For example: If you purchase $100.00 worth of artwork, you will receive $5.00 in Art Points; $200.00 worth of artwork earns you $10.00 in Art Points. The more purchases you make, the more Art Points you will accumulate.
The total number of Art Points accumulated can be found under My Account -> Account Information and will show during checkout as well. It’s that simple.
- Art Points are calculated based on your merchandise total before shipping & taxes.

- What is the cost of shipping?
Framed Artwork/Board Mounting/Mirrors/Canvas Transfers/Oil Paintings: Shipping (including handling and insurance) charges within the continental U.S., of the above items, is based upon the box size the item is shipped in. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged FEDEX air rates based on the box size. All shipping charges will be visible during checkout. Please refer to the charts below.
Unframed Prints: Shipping (including handling and insurance) charges within the continental U.S., of the above item, is $5.98 per tube, maximum two prints per tube shipped to the same address. - Do you ship overseas?
ARTinaClick.com will be happy to ship your package outside of the Continental United States. However, at this time we cannot calculate the shipping cost at the point-of-sale but would be happy to quote the cost of an out-of-state shipment cost for you. Please email us at CustServ@ARTinaClick.com with the item(s) you would like to ship and we will try to reply the next business day. Be sure to include the artist, title, item number (found on the Item Detail page), frame option specification (if applicable) for each item, as well as your name and daytime phone number. ARTinaClick.com uses FEDEX as our international freight carrier. All items in your order must be in stock and framed before it ships. The shipping charge for an order is based on the size, weight, number of packages and shipping destination. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from ARTinaClick.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
- Do you ship to a post office box?
We use UPS and FedEx to deliver our products. Neither of them will deliver to post office boxes. We can ONLY ship orders to a street address.
- Can my order be sent to a different address?
Yes - For your protection we use AVS (address verification) and require a correct billing address that matches your credit card statement, but we can ship to any address. Simply provide your Bill to and Ship to addresses during checkout.

- What if my order arrives damaged?

If it is a manufacturing defect, we would typically send a FEDEX Call Tag to pick up the artwork and make the necessary repair. If the shipping company were responsible for the damage, we would contact them and have it inspected and subsequently returned to us. In either case we guarantee to make the necessary repair and return it to you within seven days of our receiving the damages item back at our facility. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL. DO NOT send back a damaged item for any reason without a Return Authorization (RA) number from ARTinaClick.com. The RA# will be included in our email response to your original damage claim.

The Lifetime Exchange/Trade-Up program is based on the exchange of one item for another single item. The framed artwork must be in perfect condition upon our receipt of the item and the customer is responsible for any packaging, shipping, handling or insurance charges for the return of the item to ARTinaClick.com. - What if I can't find the print I'm looking for?
If you do not find the piece you are seeking on our website, we will gladly attempt to locate it for you, frame it and offer it to you at the lowest possible price! Special Request It Here
- What if my artwork is discontinued or backordered?
Despite our efforts to accurately maintain our inventory and availability, occasionally a source or publisher may suddenly run out of, or discontinue an image. Every effort is made on our part to prevent this occurrence by constantly monitoring availability. If, however the ordered item should “sell out” or become discontinued, we will immediately notify you via email and credit your charge card in the full amount of the ordered item. If an item is back-ordered, you will immediately be notified via email and you may elect to either wait for the item or cancel the ordered item. It is your responsibility to respond to us within 30 days of your email notification or the order will automatically be cancelled and the full amount of the back-ordered item will be credited to your charge card. If the back-ordered item is part of a multiple order, we will hold the available item(s) until you notify us of your decision, or we will happily ship the available items and complete your order upon availability of the back-ordered item ( at no additional charge to you). It is therefore very important that you respond to your email notification as soon as possible.

- How do I place artwork in my shopping cart?
Once you have found the artwork you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. This button can be found below the artwork. Once you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to your shopping cart where you can see all of the items in your cart and begin the checkout process.

- What is My Gallery?
My Gallery enables you to "save" or "bookmark" an unlimited number of images from our vast inventory for easy access at a later date. These images will remain in this file for ninety days and will disappear if you don't delete, renew or move them to the Shopping Cart. If you see something you love (knew you would) and wish to show your wife, partner, friend or decorator any of our beautiful selections, click away and it's stored here.
If you would like to see any of your items saved in My Gallery in greater detail, just click on Item Detail. When you are ready to purchase your item, just click on Add To Cart. Remember, if you click on Remove Item, your art will be removed from My Gallery.
- Do you offer a catalog?
Many of the images on our website are limited edition graphics or original artworks and this prevents us from offering a catalog. Even if we could, a catalog would soon be obsolete due to the fact that many of the images would be sold out by the time the catalog was produced. Additionally, our extensive and ever-changing selection makes it virtually impossible to maintain an up-to-date catalog.
- Do you sell wholesale?
Because of our low pricing structure, we are unable to offer wholesale pricing. If you are an interior designer or a large corporate customer please contact CustServ@ARTinaClick.com to get information on special arrangements.
- Can I sell my artwork through ARTinaClick.com?
