PRIZE DRAWING: There is one prize. The drawing will be held on or about February 5, 2006 from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a Apple Nano iPod. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All costs and expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be notified by overnight mail, telephone or e-mail. The winner forfeits the prize if not claimed within seven days of first attempted notification, or if Sponsor is unable to contact winner after reasonable effort.
